Same method in, same method out

Under international anti-money-laundering standards, withdrawals return to the source of the original deposit. Fund by card, and your card is refunded first; fund by wallet or wire, and the money goes back the same way — always to an account in your own name.

Profits above your deposited amount can be paid out by bank wire where the original method has limits, such as card refund caps. It is one more layer that keeps your account — and your money — exclusively yours. The full framework is set out in our AML policy.

How long do DuaFx withdrawals take?

Every withdrawal request is processed by our funding desk within 24 hours of submission. After processing, online payment solutions typically arrive the same day, while card refunds and bank wires take one to three business days depending on your provider.

Does DuaFx charge withdrawal fees?

No. DuaFx applies zero fees to all withdrawals. On international bank wires, intermediary banks may deduct their own transfer charges, which are outside our control.

Why must I withdraw to the same method I deposited with?

Anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations require funds to return to their original source. Deposits made by card are refunded to that card first; only profits exceeding the deposited amount may be sent by an alternative method such as bank wire, always in your own name.

Can I track the status of my withdrawal?

Yes. The Client Portal shows the live status of every request — requested, processing, sent and completed — and you receive an email notification at each stage. If anything looks delayed, support is available 24/5 to trace it.
